Amy is also a strong advocate for empowering women in the dental industry and providing a support network for dental workers.

Bachelor of Dental Surgery, University of Sydney

Dr James Frank Sternhell is a highly experienced dentist with over 30 years in general practice. A proud graduate of the University of Sydney, he has dedicated his career to delivering exceptional care and building trusted, long-term relationships with his patients.

Dr Sternhell approaches dentistry with a holistic perspective – always considering the broader context of each patient’s health, lifestyle, and personal circumstances. He believes the most effective treatments begin with a full understanding of the individual, not just the clinical issue.

A firm believer in simplicity, he prioritises conservative, minimally invasive treatment plans wherever possible. His patients value his honesty, warmth, and unwavering commitment to their comfort and well-being.

Steven Lee is a qualified oral health therapist and a graduate of the University of Sydney. He is passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients of all ages, with a strong focus on prevention and long-term oral health.

Steven’s approach is light-hearted and patient-centred. He strives to create a positive, enjoyable experience – where patients can relax, laugh, and leave with genuine confidence in their smile. His goal is to empower individuals to take control of their oral health and develop lifelong habits for healthy living.

Outside the clinic, Steven is a self-described foodie. He enjoys experimenting with new recipes at home and exploring Sydney’s diverse food scene.

Where do I start. Lifesavers.I waa referred to an oral surgeon as had a very bad infection and my tooth needed removing as my dentist couldn't do it. I went and saw specialist today as had severe pain and swelling.The specialist in bankstown said he couldnt do it today and i had to wait to tuesday and get twilight anaesthetic. I couldn't wait I thought I was dying.I googled and campsie village came up.I called and instantly got an appointmentMade my way there and dr James and Amy were a godsent. They saw how much pain I was in and did everything they could to keep me comfortable and were able to remove my tooth.. and cleaned out the infection..Dr James is the go to and better than any dental specialist i have seen. So caring and has extensive experience.. Amy was so sweet and caring throughout the whole procedure.These Duo are truly amazing.😇Definitely my new go do Dentist.

I hadn't been to the dentist for over 5 years and was concerned, anxious and embarrassed to open my mouth for the dentist. Except he walked out to the reception area and we had a chat before the consult which put me at ease and some of the anxiety dissipated. Lovely welcoming surgery, he explained everything he was doing, careful and totally well priced. Turns out I have healthy teeth and gums so I probably won't need to revisit for at least 12 months, what a shame! I honestly walked out and called someone to tell them how good this dentist surgery is. Highly recommend.

Wow! This dentist knows what they are doing! I've had a very bad toothache for a few days and Village Dental Campsie got me in immediately. They are experts in oral surgery and successfully removed my tooth. It was completely pain free! Thanks team highly recommended if you are wanting luxury but affordable.

Wow, Village Dental Campsie are amazing! If you are looking for a family friendly dental practice, this is your spot. The practice is absolutely gorgeous and very modern with state of the art technology. It is a spa like experience that made me feel relaxed and I genuinely enjoyed the experience. This practice is better than any practice I’ve seen in Bondi. So fancy and very luxurious. I was offered a tea / coffee upon arrival and relaxed in the dental chair with an anxiety blanket and calm music with a delicious relaxing scent - yet their prices are extremely affordable.Can’t recommend enough!
